We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead Women's Football Coaching Development Specialist to join our team at Birmingham City Women's Football Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching programs that enhance the skills of coaches within our Women's Pathway, aligning with our club's philosophy and identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching methodologies and principles across all age groups and teams, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Deliver top-tier coaching programs for Academy Coaches, Emerging Talent Centre Coaches (ETC), and assistant coaches in the First Team, focusing on player development and success.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including data insights, sports science, sports psychology, education, and performance analysis, to ensure a holistic approach to coaching and player development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum UEFA A License and FA Advanced Youth Award
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop coaches and young athletes
  • Excellent knowledge of coaching methods and philosophies, with experience in developing and implementing coaching programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong relationships with coaches, players, and other stakeholders
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
