Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Coach Lead to join our coaching team at Birmingham City FC.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Development Coach Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for young players in our Talent Pathway.

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that promote player development and growth.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality training environment.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address any injury or health concerns.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • UEFA B Licence
  • FA DBS
  • FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football
  • FA Safeguarding Children Certificate

You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Working Conditions:

This role requires a commitment of approximately 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You will need to undergo a DBS check and medical clearance process.
