About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate BSL Employment Coach to join our team at Bid Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving employment accessibility for people with physical disabilities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Bid for and secure contracts with local disability organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their employment goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • BSL Level 3 or native BSL user.
  • Good level of English for recording case notes.
