Job Title: Learning and Development Coach

This role is available with Twin Employment & Training Ltd., a company dedicated to providing quality employment and training services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, training, and mentoring to learners across various programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and impactful teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide qualifications across various programmes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to continuously enhance the quality of our programmes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Demonstrable up-to-date occupational competence in Teaching Assistant and Specialist Teaching Assistant apprenticeships.
• L2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
• Ability to work flexibly and travel as required.
