Your primary focus will be on supporting students who require additional assistance, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance to excel academically. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized plans tailored to each student's needs.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Challenging Behaviour/ASD to create effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs. Your previous care work experience will serve as a valuable asset in providing holistic support to students.

A competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,500 per annum awaits the successful candidate, reflecting your critical contribution to the educational journey of our students.
