Academic Trainer and Learning Coach

Swindale Parks Recruitment, a leading recruitment service for the NHS in the Black Country, is seeking a dedicated Academic Trainer and Learning Coach to join their team.
We are proud to work with a small training company based in the heart of the West Midlands, providing recruitment services for unemployed individuals looking to secure jobs with the Black Country NHS Foundation Trust.
The company's unique delivery module focuses on building learners' confidence and self-esteem, equipping them with essential skills to succeed in their careers.
This role requires an individual who can deliver high-quality training sessions, leveraging their expertise to engage and motivate learners. As an Academic Trainer and Learning Coach, you will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment, fostering growth, and helping learners achieve their goals.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and clients alike. Your ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs will be invaluable in delivering tailored training programs that meet the diverse requirements of the learners.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
