Job Overview

NVQ Assessor is seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional to join our team as a Coaching and Assessment Professional. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for coaching and assessing learners in Maths and English skills.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us and help shape the future of L&D professionals and leaders. You will work remotely and at learners' workplaces, providing coaching and support to ensure they meet their KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Support: Provide high-quality coaching and teaching to learners, helping them develop essential Maths and English skills.
  • Diary Management: Effectively manage your diary to meet performance targets and deadlines.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule visits and attend meetings with learners, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and learners to provide excellent communication and presenting skills.

Requirements

  • L&D Experience: Possess extensive experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in coaching and assessment.
  • Qualifications: Hold qualifications in L&D (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or above and Coaching (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 5 or above.
  • Autonomous Working: Demonstrate autonomous working experience with good organisational/problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, presenting, and listening skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
