Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Women's Team Technical Director. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Technical Director, ensuring the smooth running of their office and contributing to the success of the club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Technical Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle email and phone communications on behalf of the Technical Director, prioritising and responding to requests as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining confidential files and records, preparing expense reports, and managing financial tasks related to the office.
  • Coordinate with departments such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with players, coaches, staff, and external partners, ensuring professional and effective communication.
