Job Description

As an SEN tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Tasks:
  • Work closely with students to develop personalized learning plans that address their specific needs.
  • Teach core subjects or essential life skills in a way that engages each student.
  • Apply proven strategies to enhance pupil motivation and self-confidence.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support for students with diverse needs.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.
Essential Requirements:
  • Significant experience working with students who have special educational needs.
  • A current enhanced child workforce DBS certification.
Salary Range:

Based on national averages, our estimated salary for this role falls within the range of £36,101 - £48,622 per annum.
