About the Role:

As a Graduate Education Assistant at Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of our students with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a supportive learning environment that promotes positive social interactions and emotional regulation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a generous holiday allowance working in term time only. If you are a recent Graduate looking to start your career in education, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs Work alongside teachers and other support staff Create a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere and environment Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation **Requirements:** Experience and desire to work with children with special educational needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Proactive approach **Salary:** £25,000-£30,000 per annum
