Protocol Education is a leading provider of educational services, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a state-of-the-art special needs school in Kingston Upon Thames.

Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children of all ages and are passionate about making a positive impact in students' learning and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working in small class sizes of 6-8 students per class with special needs that include autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their set curriculum, which is tailored to meet their needs.
  • Develop speech & language skills, teach vocabulary and comprehension through visual resources.
  • Assist in core subjects such as numeracy and literacy, as well as creative lessons like art, music, swimming, cooking, K9 therapy, and sensory play.
