About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision in Kingston, supporting pupils with severe and complex learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care support for students with varying needs.
- Assist with feeding and mealtime routines.
- Support sensory-based lessons and activities to promote engagement and learning.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with severe and complex learning disabilities is preferred.
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable students.
- Ability to provide personal care, including feeding and hygiene support.
- A passion for creating positive learning experiences for students with additional needs.
What We Offer:
- Pay: £90-£100 per day, depending on experience
