Special Educational Needs Educator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SEN tutor to join our team at Remedy Tutors, providing support to children with SEND in the Kingston area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing face-to-face support to children with ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD at their homes or local centres;
- Planning lessons and resources tailored to individual student needs;
- Applying skills to enhance pupils' confidence and engagement;
- Managing challenging behaviour in students with SEND;
- Potentially engaging in outdoor activities like plant and nature learning;
and using visuals to communicate when necessary. - Working as a self-employed tutor with referrals from our dedicated team.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEND students;
- A valid enhanced child workforce DBS.
Estimated Salary: £30 per hour
