Responsibilities
- Joint provision with therapists, personnel from Social Services, Health, and Education
- Effective management and supervision of team members, including volunteers, students, and visitors
- Ensuring a commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you must hold a Certificate of Education (CertEd) on appointment, or an alternative equivalent teaching qualification. Recent Outstanding/Good teaching experience with students with special needs is also essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate effective planning of educational programs for adults with special needs and be able to manage and direct teaching teams.
