Support Worker in Education

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Support Worker in Education to join our team at a state-of-the-art special needs school. As a Support Worker in Education, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to students with various learning needs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities, and be committed to making a positive impact on their learning and development. No experience is required, but commitment, passion, and dedication are key attributes we are looking for.
You will work in small class sizes of 6-8 students per class, supporting students with their set curriculum, developing speech and language skills, teaching vocabulary and comprehension through visual resources, and assisting in core subjects such as numeracy and literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with various learning needs in a state-of-the-art special needs school

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
