We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Protocol Education.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting pupils in their educational journey, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Work with pupils to develop their skills and confidence, promoting a love of learning
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive school culture
- Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils, using creative and innovative approaches
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues
