Job Title: Special Education Support Worker

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Special Education Support Worker in a specialist educational setting. You will play a vital role in supporting children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in their educational activities, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with PMLD in their educational activities
* Collaborating with the class teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students
* Providing personal care and support to students, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene tasks

Requirements:
* Minimum of Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Prior experience working with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and ongoing professional development opportunities.
