Area Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at ERIKS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our market share in standard electro mechanical workshop repairs, including motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing customer portfolio and attract new business opportunities.
- Promote our Reliability Services offering to key and strategic customers.
- Develop well-managed, mutually beneficial contractual arrangements with customers.
- Plan your territory and time effectively to maximize electro mechanical repair opportunities.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of electro mechanical workshop repairs and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build trust and work with all customers and internal stakeholders.
- A mature and developed salesmanship approach.
