Key Responsibilities:- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives

- Performance Management: Manage company appraisal system and performance management processes
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Pay and Benefits: Guide senior leadership on pay structures and benefits
- Proven experience in HR across all key areas
- Able to work effectively with senior leaders and develop strategic plans
- Flexible to work in a stand-alone HR role
- Ability to be based in the office
We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum pro rata based on hours, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation.
