Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Growth Specialist to join our team at Axis Communications. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives with our distributors, developing annual business plans, and tracking progress against agreed-upon targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global partners and local management teams to review, revise, and expand our distribution strategy on an annual basis. Your responsibilities will include setting up and implementing ongoing training curricula for all levels within distribution, working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic alignment and growth plans, and providing account management for our distributors as their central contact daily.
