Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Growth Specialist to join our team at Axis Communications. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives with our distributors, developing annual business plans, and tracking progress against agreed-upon targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global partners and local management teams to review, revise, and expand our distribution strategy on an annual basis. Your responsibilities will include setting up and implementing ongoing training curricula for all levels within distribution, working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic alignment and growth plans, and providing account management for our distributors as their central contact daily.

To succeed in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role, with a strong background in distribution business management. You should be able to leverage strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills to drive organization growth and success. Additionally, you should be self-assured in your ability to make decisions and take action firmly, and be comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
