Business Development Manager

The role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
This position requires previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. You will work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals, tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance, negotiating contracts and renewals with clients, and staying updated on industry trends.
