Job Description:
The Tate Organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and training.
This role offers flexibility in working hours and is ideal for someone who can work independently.
Responsibilities:- HR Support: Provide expert advice and coaching on HR policies and procedures
- Employee Relations: Ensure effective resolution of employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into new roles
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and work with line managers to design and implement training programs
- Pay Structures and Benefits: Guide senior leadership on setting and reviewing pay structures and benefits
- Proven experience in HR across all key areas
- Able to work effectively with senior leaders and develop strategic plans
- Flexible to work in a stand-alone HR role
- Ability to be based in the office
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum pro rata based on hours, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation.
