About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide operational support and guidance to all stakeholders, advising on relevant HR Policy & Procedures.

The successful candidate will join a small team providing HR services to around 500 employees across the UK, Europe, Middle East and India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and guidance to all stakeholders
  • Advise on relevant HR Policy & Procedures
  • Employee relation activity including investigatory, disciplinary, capability and performance/absence management

Requirements

  • Proficient in UK employment law and application within the business
  • Excellent skills in ensuring compliance with HR policy & procedure
  • Ability to coach & develop managers in this area
  • Used to managing confidential situations with diplomacy

Working Arrangements

This post is offered on a part-time basis over a 4-day week.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
