Human Resources Specialist with Operational Support Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide operational support and guidance to all stakeholders, advising on relevant HR Policy & Procedures.
The successful candidate will join a small team providing HR services to around 500 employees across the UK, Europe, Middle East and India.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and guidance to all stakeholders
- Advise on relevant HR Policy & Procedures
- Employee relation activity including investigatory, disciplinary, capability and performance/absence management
Requirements
- Proficient in UK employment law and application within the business
- Excellent skills in ensuring compliance with HR policy & procedure
- Ability to coach & develop managers in this area
- Used to managing confidential situations with diplomacy
Working Arrangements
This post is offered on a part-time basis over a 4-day week.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
