Job Title: Academic Lead for Humanities in a Good School

We are seeking an exceptional Humanities Teacher to join our team at a highly successful and well-resourced department in a Good All Boys School in Luton. The successful candidate will be expected to teach at KS3-5 on a permanent basis. The school has a longstanding tradition of academic excellence and has been categorised as Good in all categories of its recent Ofsted report.

About the Role:
As a Humanities Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students across various key stages. You will also contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and assessments, ensuring that they meet the needs of our students. In addition, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning throughout the school.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
• Experience of teaching Humanities at KS3-5 level
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
