Job Overview
Our client, a leading Mental Health Charity, is seeking an experienced Head of People and Culture to oversee all aspects of Human Resources. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits, as well as employee relations. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, managers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the HR function and team
  • Monitor, update, and advise staff and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the production of relevant information for managers and the Board of Trustees
  • Ensure the monthly payroll process is completed
  • Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of staff and volunteers
  • Annual staff appraisal and staff survey processes
