Main Duties:

  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new staff and handling the exit process for leavers, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Collaborating with management on flexible working requests and family leave, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records within the HR database, including contracts and key documents.
  • Supporting the organisation and facilitation of training and development initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Contributing to the review and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and processes to align with business objectives.
  • Partnering with HR leadership in delivering new projects and initiatives across the organisation, leveraging HR expertise to drive business growth.
  • Required qualifications include at least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other HR software.
