The Reward Specialist role at easyJet is a critical position that requires expertise in compensation and benefits. As an essential member of the Reward Operations Team, you will be responsible for delivering key reward activities and cyclical plans.

This role reports to the Reward Operations Manager and works alongside Reward Analysts and Reward Partners. The main tasks involve managing ongoing reward tasks, such as annual merit reviews, statutory reporting, salary surveys, share scheme administration, flexible benefits renewals, staff travel, and pension management across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of reward activities, providing expert advice and support for escalated Reward queries from the HR Service Centre.
  • Guide the payroll team, business HR, and HR Service Centre on key scheme rules and processes.
  • Manage the annual M&A salary review and bonus process, lead statutory pay reporting, and oversee job architecture data in Workday.
  • Evaluate data accuracy, manage eligibility files, and handle integrations between IT systems.
  • Coordinate market insight surveys, share scheme activities, and improve internal communications while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements of the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing compensation and benefits in a multinational business, strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of HR frameworks and tools. Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems and Reward systems is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can turn data into actionable insights for decision-making and communicate complex information clearly. Excellent organisational skills, time management, and prioritisation abilities are required. A collaborative mindset and ability to build good relationships with others are also necessary.

Working Hours: This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
