We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our expanding team at Orion Electrotech in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and lead sales efforts.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team, engaging in dynamic phone-based roles, progressing to client meetings, and building strong face-to-face relationships. You will also drive lead generation, meet weekly KPI targets, understand client needs by taking detailed job briefs, and ensure full compliance for new accounts.

You may have previous sales experience, whether in recruitment, estate agency, insurance, car sales, or other B2B/B2C environments. Alternatively, you might be a graduate eager to start your career in recruitment/sales.

We offer a highly competitive salary and uncapped commission, which translates to a potential earning of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum based on industry standards and market conditions in Aylesbury.
