Overview:
TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover the Southeast of England. This role involves managing sales across the region, working closely with various stakeholders, and winning new business in the contractor market.
About the Role:
- Manage the South of England territory, responsible for all sales across this geographical location
- Collaborate with design, bid & contracts managers to drive sales growth
- Secure new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships within the contractor market
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Influence market trends to promote company products and solutions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Understands the construction contractor sales cycle
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized, structured, and ambitious individual
- Dedicated to lead generation and account management
- Seeking career development and willing to undergo training
What We Offer:
- An attractive basic salary of £50,000-£55,000, complemented by a performance-related bonus of up to £15,000
- A guaranteed payment of £500 in the first six months
