Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
In this role, you will take ownership of the Home Counties area, developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Home Counties area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the fertiliser industry and its customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
