Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand our network, and deliver exceptional results in the Southern region.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships, built on trust, transparency, and effective communication.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve set targets and exceed expectations.
- Representing the company at key industry events, fostering partnerships, and staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Ensuring seamless customer experiences, addressing concerns, and driving sales growth through consultative selling techniques.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in selling heavy plant machinery within the construction industry.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- A deep understanding of the value proposition and the ability to communicate it effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
