Business Development Executive

About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing existing relationships with major contractors, local authorities, and house builders.
Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing a portfolio of new customers using own initiative and achieving a target of plots/£ sales agreed with the Specification Director/Regional Manager.
- Liaising with the technical department and Regional Specification manager about issues from contractors/developers on product performance.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of success in sales or business development is essential.
Estimated Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000, dependent on experience + profit share scheme + company car.
