Job DescriptionAs a Learning and Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering training programmes that support the company's range of existing and new products.
- Contributing to the performance and reputation of the training function.
- Developing and driving excellence in training locations and mobile facilities.
You will be expected to work closely with the technical team to ensure that training programmes are relevant and effective.
Requirements and BenefitsA minimum salary of £53,500 per annum is offered, along with company car or car allowance and contributory pension scheme matched to 8%. Life assurance and laptop are also included.
