We are seeking a Supportive Learning Partner to join our Wellbeing Team in a collaborative school environment. This role involves providing nurturing support to pupils with challenging behavior and working closely with class teachers to deliver learning activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mentoring and nurture support to pupils in a small group setting, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with class teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans, promoting academic growth and personal development.
- NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent qualification.
- A calm, patient, and resourceful demeanor, essential for managing challenging behaviors.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritizing collaboration and open communication.
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
