Reception and Administration Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs).
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, being able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our students, parents and staff.
Responsibilities will include managing the Academy's reception area, responding to phone calls and emails, and providing administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Salary Information
The salary for this role will be between £21,016 to £21,346 per annum, dependent on experience.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have:
- A level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in a school or office environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
