Reception Team Member

We are looking for a skilled and organized Reception Team Member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in patient care and administration while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, checking patient referrals, and booking appointments. You will also assist in preparing patient notes and health information for appointments and accurately report appointment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients and visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Check patient referrals for suitability to be seen in our clinical units, utilizing strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Book appointments and provide necessary information and medications to patients, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Manage patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Prior experience in a reception or customer-facing role is desirable.
- A valid Basic DBS Certificate is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Salary of £12-13 per hour.
