Customer Service Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to provide administrative support and liaise with multiple departments.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced and collaborative environment, providing essential support across various departments.

The ideal candidate will be personable and professional, flexible and adaptable, with basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage (full training will be given).

Prior experience in customer service/administration is preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and liaise with multiple departments
  • Organise collections for returns and quality checks
  • Oversee carrier reports, resolve delivery issues, and process claims
  • Process customs declarations, marketing orders, and quality replacements
  • Manage stationery supplies and document archiving
  • Provide reception and switchboard support as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Permanent role
  • 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
