Apprentice Customer Service Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team as an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner. This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in customer relations, while contributing to the success of our organization.
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing email responses, and providing administrative support. You'll also have the chance to work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
The Job Description includes:
• Responding to customer phone calls and emails
• Maintaining accurate records and data
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues
• Participating in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
The required skills for this role include excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You'll also benefit from working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately £20,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
