Fundraising and Engagement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Corporate Partnership Fundraiser. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate partners, securing significant donations and collaborating with the Engagement team to create and execute successful fundraising and engagement plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide exceptional account management and stewardship to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
- Collaborate to create and execute fundraising and engagement plans, identifying new business opportunities through networking and existing contacts.
- Use strong negotiation skills to highlight the benefits of partnering with our client and develop project plans with clear milestones and resource requirements.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential supporters and create marketing materials to inspire and inform supporters.
- Experience in fundraising with businesses and managing prospects, with a proven track record in securing new business and effective supporter stewardship.
- Skilled communicator, both in person and over the phone, with excellent presentation skills and strong pitching and negotiation abilities.
- Able to work efficiently within standards and deadlines, with a strong understanding of customer care principles and proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and data management.
