Job Title: Senior Events Coordinator
Rainbow Trust Children's Charity is seeking a skilled Senior Events Coordinator to lead the development, promotion, and delivery of our events programme. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and fundraising teams to drive supporter engagement, raise our profile, and maximise income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to meet our organisational goals.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to identify opportunities for special events that drive major funder engagement and income.
- Manage event committees and nurture relationships with key individuals to promote our events and sports programme.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing, and communication for events to ensure their success.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, making recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a similar charity sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
