About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Programme Lead to join our client's Fundraising & Engagement team. As Programme Lead, you will be responsible for designing, promoting, and delivering exciting events that boost income, engage supporters, and raise the profile of our client.

Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the annual programme of special events, ensuring exceptional execution and fostering long-term relationships.
* Manage and nurture key relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and event venues.
* Collaborate with other managers to ensure events align with goals and cater to specific target audiences.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering income-generating events.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork.
* Experience managing staff/volunteers and setting/managing budgets.

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
