We're seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Director to lead our Operations and Credit Change Programme, driving transformation and enhancing customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify trends, develop strategic insights, and implement the Operational and Credit Operating transformation project.
  • Enhance resource utilisation and cost optimisation through robust capacity planning.
  • Gather information to develop plans and priorities, working with digital and IT teams to ensure data-driven system and technology improvements.
  • Implement standard processes, frameworks, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit project management skills, interpreting strategy and developing clear plans with identified interdependencies and sequential steps.
  • Show curiosity and analytical skills, identifying gaps in analysis and interpreting data insights.
