Pre-Construction Manager Role Overview

The Vacancy

We are seeking a talented Pre-Construction Manager to join our Residential team and play a key role in delivering and executing Pre-Construction strategies and activities, focusing on joint venture development schemes or potential high-profile construction-only projects.

About the Job

As a Pre-Construction Manager with us, you will lead project bid teams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating all inputs and analysis, and ensuring tender or pre-construction programmes are met.

You will drive win strategies commercially and quality-wise, while ensuring project bid team members understand their roles and required outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

A highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
