The JTC Group seeks an experienced Compensation and Reward Expert to join their Group Human Resources Department. This role will be responsible for informing and supporting the development of JTC's DE&I and CSR strategy and policies, as well as providing up-to-date market information to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze internal data to inform and support the development of JTC's DE&I strategy and policies.
  • Provide up-to-date market information to help ensure that JTC's DE&I approach is competitive with industry standards across various geographies and cultures.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, intranet, and handbooks for the group are regularly reviewed and updated at least on an annual basis or in line with legislation and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills with the ability to research, interpret, and apply data.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to collaborate across all internal business areas and external parties.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all business areas and present to senior management with credibility and confidence.
  • Strong ethics and discretion in the management of sensitive confidential information.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
