Job Title:

Executive Compensation Expert - Reward Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Expert to join our Reward Team on a full-time permanent basis. As an integral part of the delivery of our reward policies, arrangements, and operational delivery across our Executive population, you will provide specialist technical expertise, advice, and detailed analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Remuneration Committee Cycle: Draft papers, run analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Directors' Remuneration Report: Assist in drafting and collating figures, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Executive Reward Proposition: Provide expert advice to support the delivery of the executive reward proposition in line with business needs, market requirements, and regulatory governance.
  • Share Plan Activities: Support share award calculations, employee communication material, and preparation of share-related matters for approval by the Remuneration Committee.
  • End-to-End People Processes: Model recruitment and promotion packages, draft documentation, manage buyouts, and input to Remuneration Committee papers.
  • Annual Executive Reward Processes: Undertake analysis, modelling, and testing to support annual Executive Reward processes.
  • Benchmarking and Market Data: Support all BAU Executive reward activity, including benchmarking and managing market data providers.
About You:
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience providing reward technical expertise in the executive reward space.
  • Stakeholder Support: Excellent ability to provide outstanding stakeholder support.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Competence: High level of technical competence in total reward practices and up-to-date knowledge of current reward issues.
  • Professionalism: Professionalism in managing sensitive and high-profile issues.
