Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Tax practice, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on executive compensation strategies, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement executive pay strategies that align with corporate performance goals
  • Conduct executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking to ensure fairness and competitiveness
  • Advise on performance measures for incentive plans and model performance outcomes to optimize results
  • Provide corporate governance consulting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with institutional investors to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Prepare remuneration committee papers and review/draft remuneration committee reports
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in executive compensation, including experience with blue-chip companies
  • Deep technical skills in executive remuneration issues
  • Experience in winning, developing, and maintaining client relationships, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Professional and proactive approach to deliver exceptional client service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, partners, and staff
