We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Expert to collaborate with our Reward team in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programmes that align with the company's strategy and philosophy. This role involves working closely with HR, Recruitment, People Strategy, and Finance teams to develop solutions and programmes that meet the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Reward team colleagues and HR partners to develop impactful and strategic compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Develop regular compensation and benefits reports to forecast spend and inform budgets globally.
  • Analyse compensation and benefits-related data, interpret results, and make appropriate recommendations based on results and company needs.
  • Perform regular market benchmarking to evaluate the company's market positioning and provide input into compensation band structures, benefit and policy proposals, and other pay guidelines.
  • Support the UK annual benefits enrolment program, including project planning, employee communications, and testing.
  • Manage complex or high-priority employee benefit queries.
  • Develop compelling communications on the company's compensation and benefits approach, programmes, and philosophy for HR partners, recruitment, and the business.
  • Support the bi-annual compensation and performance management programmes, including budgets and modelling, developing tool requirements, communications, and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the Total Rewards space (in-house compensation or consulting), with experience in execution and delivery.
  • Analytical skills, including high levels of proficiency with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse data and build models.
  • Experience growing relationships with global partners across all levels, including executives and senior leaders.
  • The ability to develop concise materials, executive-level presentations, and experience delivering presentations to large audiences.
  • Experience in at least one of the following compensation fields: salary design, sales compensation, global compensation, equity compensation, executive pay.
