Reward and Recognition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Recognition Expert to join our team at Vistry Group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for implementing a robust and fit-for-purpose reward and recognition agenda that supports our overall Group People Strategy.
You will thrive in leading initiatives and delivering a successful end-to-end process, working methodically and resourcefully. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to present and lead discussions on ideas, data, and strategy efficiently.
We are looking for a person who can tackle challenging conversations and influence our business leaders with confidence. You will ideally have gained your reward knowledge from working in a FTSE 250 business.
This role can accommodate agile working arrangements, offering a great balance of work and personal life.

- Has an analytical data-driven approach with the ability to suggest and generate new insight and ideas

About the role:
- Contribute to running our compensation programs that support our wider organisational philosophy while ensuring strong governance
- Provide advice and counsel to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers through the offer negotiation process
- Provide advice and counsel to the People and Culture and partnering team in support of talent management
- Work with compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyse compensation outcomes
