We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Development Specialist to join our team at Bis Henderson. In this role, you will be responsible for selling cost-effective distribution, transport, and/or warehousing solutions to manufacturers, major retailers, and food-service providers in the Glasgow area.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining a network of contacts to ensure a constant flow of leads for your new business pipeline
  • Taking sales opportunities through from qualification to 'on-boarding' the new business
  • Driving improvements across the sales process
  • Providing guidance and coaching to more junior members of the regional team

You will need to have a good commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development. Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
