Regional Business Manager

**Job Summary:**
A competitive salary package is on offer for the role of Regional Business Manager at Austin Fraser. As an Area Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stations are operating within the Company's policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out regular Shop and Forecourt Reviews at each station to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and monitor performance of Store Managers and staff at each station.
- Liaise with outside contractors to establish and manage all maintenance issues.
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and guide Store Managers to promote a successful business.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a field-based position where nights away from home may be required. A safe environment for staff and customers must be maintained at all times.
